Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute
Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute is one of Al-FuratAl-Awsat Technical University’s campuses, which was founded in 2018 in Al-Muthanna Governorate. The institute offers programs in three distinct disciplines engineering, Healthy Administration and administrative studies within Morning & Evening Studies. The institute has produced a significant number of graduates who have pursued careers with technical diplomas.

Al-Muthanna Governorate is one of the southern governorates in Middle Euphrates administratively. It extends over an area of 51,000 km2, making it the second largest governorate in Iraq in terms of area.

It is distinguished by the ancient city of Uruk, which is one of the oldest human cities, as its history dates back to ancient times, about seven thousand years, as it was founded in the fifth millennium BC.

It is also distinguished by the presence of Lake Sawa, which is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.
- Badia Al-Muthanna
During the rainy winter seasons, it is covered with a green carpet of herbs, roses, and flowers in various colors, which gives it a picturesque natural view. In the spring, it is a place that attracts tourists from inside and outside the country for camping.
