This track explores how sustainability principles are integrated into contemporary business and management practices. It invites research that addresses environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges within corporate strategy, financial systems, marketing, human resources, operations, and digital transformation. Emphasis is placed on both theoretical advancements and applied case studies that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This track welcomes interdisciplinary approaches and seeks to bridge academia, industry, and policy-making.<\/h5>\n

        All submissions must strictly adhere to international standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. Manuscripts must be original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism or data manipulation. Violations of publication ethics will result in automatic rejection and potential blacklisting from future events.<\/p>\n

        5. Review Process Guidance<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

        All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous evaluation process to ensure academic quality and relevance:<\/p>\n

        • An initial desk review will be conducted by the track chair to assess basic suitability.<\/li>\n
        • Submissions will then undergo a double-blind peer review<\/strong> by at least two independent reviewers.<\/li>\n
        • Reviewers are selected based on subject-matter expertise and experience.<\/li>\n
        • Evaluation criteria include originality, methodological soundness, policy relevance, innovation, clarity, and alignment with the track themes.<\/li>\n
        • Authors will receive constructive feedback within 3\u20134 weeks<\/strong> of submission.<\/li>\n
