Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their original, unpublished research papers through the official conference submission system. The 3rd ICASDG2024 welcomes contributions aligned with the themes of all three conference tracks: Environmental Engineering and Energy Innovations, Sustainable Science and Medical Health Innovations, and Sustainability in Business and Management.

Only electronic submissions will be accepted, and all papers must comply with the author guidelines provided for formatting, length, and ethical standards.


Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Authors are kindly requested to (see Peer Review & Publication Ethics) and follow the instructions below when preparing their manuscripts:

  • Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Use the official conference template (Word or LaTeX). Do not alter the margins, add page numbers, headers, or footers.
  • Paper size should be 8.5 x 11 inches, with all pages in portrait orientation.
  • Manuscripts must include the author’s full name and affiliation, including the country.
  • Include an abstract of 150–250 words and 3–5 keywords.
  • The maximum length is 8 pages, including references.
  • Use clear, legible graphics and diagrams within the page margins.
  • Do not include copyrighted material unless permission has been obtained and proper credit is given.
  • References must follow APA style and adhere to the provided reference guidelines in the template.
  • Ensure all fonts are embedded in the final PDF.

What to Submit:

  • Final paper in both MS Word format and PDF (with embedded fonts).

  • Copies of permission letters for any reused copyrighted material.

Copyright Release Form

To ensure proper publication and distribution of all accepted papers, the Editor of the conference requires a signed Copyright Release Form for each submission. This form must be completed and signed by at least one author of the paper.

By signing the form, the author(s):

  • Confirm that the paper is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration for publication in another venue.
  • Grant the conference organizers and the publisher (e.g., Springer, if applicable) the right to reproduce, distribute, and archive the paper in printed and/or digital form as part of the official conference proceedings or book series.
  • Retain the right to use and distribute the work for personal or academic purposes, including posting on personal or institutional repositories, provided proper citation to the published version is included.

Review Process, Publication, and Indexing

All the submitted papers shall be checked for plagiarism and blind-reviewed by experts on the basis of originality, significance, and research contribution ( Please see Peer Review & Publication Ethics) .  A selection from high quality accepted papers will be nominated to publish with publisher or Journals indexed in Scopus
