AL-Furat AL-Awsat Technical University (ATU)
ATU, among Iraq’s Technical Universities that was established in 2014, comprises 13 faculties spread across eight governorates, offering doctoral, master’s, bachelor’s, and diploma degrees across diverse disciplines such as (Engineering, Computer Science, Clinical and Health, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Business and Economics, Law, etc… Number of ATU students who study in the university yearly is around 27,000 and the number of ATU graduates more than 9,000. It stands out for its annual hosting of international conferences, publication of scientific research, and organization of scientific and creative endeavors, all aligned with its commitment to advancing the 17 sustainable development goals through its plans and activities.
