The track promotes ethical publishing, informed consent in medical studies, and conflict of interest disclosures. Any violations of ethical conduct will result in rejection.

      4. Review Process Guidance

    • Desk review by track chair.
    • All papers undergo a double-blind peer review.
    • Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise.
    • Two reviewers evaluate for policy relevance, innovation, and clarity.
    • The review process includes assessment of originality, clarity, methodology, and relevance to the track.
    • Authors will receive feedback within 3–4 weeks.
    • Papers may undergo revision before final acceptance.
